Here are some items we have designed, printed and installed up to February 2024. As usual this is a small selection of our designed and printed items. Building powder coated tray sign

An example of a metal tray sign that is 4m wide in two sections with a powder coated surface to a RAL colour and cut vinyl applied to surface that we did this month. The client self installed as they had a cherry picker on site. 

 

Flat metal dibond sign 

This is a single sheet of 3mm dibond covered with a printed and laminated graphic to make a simple flat sign that can be affixed to a flat surface. 

 

 

Local parish council and village calendars for 2024

These great calendars where produced by a local village to raise funds for the local schools and village. Although produced and dispatched in 2024 they were well received from the various comments on social media. 

 

 

Example of complex weeding

This graphic cut out of silver frost for windows shows just how detailed we can go when cutting graphics out of vinyl. We actually use a dental pick for the detailed work and are showing a finger as an idea of the scale. It was quite tricky to get the details right!

 

 

Promotional printed rulers 

These printed rulers (both sides) were quickly turned around within a day for a client who needed to take something with them on a business trip. As we keep blanks on the shelf we were able to get everything done ready to be picked up on a Friday afternoon. 

 

 

Cut vinyl graphics applied to rowing oars

A first for us was to produce some cut vinyl graphics which were applied to rowing blades as shown below.  

 

 

Exhibition display panels made out of 3mm and 5mm foamex

These stunning exhibition panels were made up of printed and matt laminated self adhesive vinyl before being applied to 3mm and 5mm foamex panels. 

 

Branded ice scrapers

Hopefully we are now over the winter frosts but I'm sure these branded ice scrapers will be used for years to come. A great promotional item that will no doubt be useful for customers and therefore be kept. 

 

 

Photography media back wall for events

Using a 2m wide roller banner exhibition stand for a photo backdrop is a great solution and also very quick to assemble and take down at events. 

 

 

Sign made out of foamex with laminated self adhesive vinyl applied to surface

This 2m wide sign was made out of printed and laminated foamex and ready for the customer to self install

 

 

Branded self assemble furniture from Ikea

For this job we were supplied some flat pack furniture from Ikea so we could easily apply cut vinyl graphics to the surface. The client then picked them up so they could assembe the furniture at an event.  

 

Fun sign for a Christmas party

This was a sign printed onto a foam core board. We really wanted an invite to this party! 

 

Laminated self adhesive stickers

Part of our usual print mix are stickers and these ones are laminated before being cut to shape.
