School Annual Report

We were tasked with the design and print of a school annual review which is presented to all the staff and pupils when complete. The school year book displays all the activities & achievements that have occurred during the school year. Presenting it in a format that is descriptive, informative and engaging to read takes a number of weeks to finalise before going into production. It's a challenging project due to the considerable amount of data and imagery to process, and it is credit to the teachers & support staff that this piece could be produced by the required deadline.

The final school review weighs in at 100 pages and is printed at A4 size, perfect bound with soft touch laminate to convey the high quality of the establishment it represents. The design incorporates the school's colour palette and style to ensure consistency with their other marketing materials. Once printed we packaged the annual reviews into A4 ream boxes to ensure the packaging was not too heavy to move around within the school. All design was done using Adobe InDesign & Photoshop with high res digital proofs printed for immediate review on our Xerox digital press.
